HABITAT CONSCIENCE LAND CLEARING

Central Texas is home to amazing wildlife and our farms and ranches are habitats that we need to consider when we clear land. 

We work closely with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to ensure every job takes in consideration the needs of the habitat. 

The Private Lands and Habitat Program is available as a resource for “the conservation and development of wildlife habitat and the proper management of the various wildlife populations which utilize that habitat.”

We gladly invite Biologists from this program to walk the land with us prior to the job to “promote management practices which will maximize wildlife potential, prevent waste or depletion of the resource, provide aesthetic and economic benefits to the landowner, and offer increased opportunity for public use and enjoyment of renewable natural resources.” 

You will get questions answered concerning “habitat management practices, wildlife considerations in livestock management, availability of water and wildlife, foods, management of wildlife populations, and harvest of game species.”
